Service Advisor
The Bredemann Auto Group is seeking skilled Service Advisors to join our team! We are family-owned and operated for almost 100 years and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We have been a Toyota dealer since 1976 and offer newer facilities and air conditioned shops.
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds service module is preferred but not required
- Extensive automotive knowledge is STRONGLY Desired
- Toyota or Lexus Advisor experience is a PLUS
- Previous dealership experience is preferred
- Experience working in a team environment within a service department is preferred
- Dispatching experience is a HUGE PLUS
- MUST be self-motivated
- MUST have strong customer service skills
- MUST have an outgoing personality and demonstrated success in dealing with customers
- MUST have strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritze effectively
