Like most of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19), how it impacts our community and how we can keep our guests and our employees safe.  To date we have thankfully not had any team members infected or have been made aware of any contact between our employees and any infected members of the public. 

Auto Sales and Service have been deemed an essential business in IL so we are remaining OPEN with an adjusted schedule in order to serve you.  We have taken extra precautions for the safety of our team members and customers.

Our Revised Temporarily Schedule Until Further Notice (as of 3/28/2020): 

SALES: By Appointment Only, Mondays - Saturdays 10am to 3pm.  Please call, email toyotamanagers@bredemann.com, or submit an inquiry on our website.

SERVICE and PARTS: Mondays - Fridays 6am to 6pm; Saturdays 8am to 5pm

If our hours are required to change, our websites, google business pages, and Facebook pages will be updated accordingly.

We are closely following the news and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control. Click to view Centers for Disease Control's guidelines and recommendations. We have implemented guidelines and policies for our team members based on these recommendations, for the safety of our customers and our employees.  Among those are extra washing of hands, work stations, door handles, desks and phones and customer areas. We have suggested any employee not feeling well stay home.  We have temporarily suspended the complimentary snacks in the waiting areas, as well as coffee service. We have requested that any non-essential visits by vendors or manufacturer partners are postponed, and are taking extra precautions with parts and other deliveries.  We have increased the availability of cleaning supplies and hand sanitizers for our team members.  We have also asked our team to temporarily refrain from shaking hands with guests or each other. We believe these are all in the best interest of our staff and guests.
